1. Petitioners impugn order dated 22.03.2018 whereby the leave to defend application of the petitioners have been dismissed and an eviction order passed. 2019:DHC:7197 RC.REV.452/2018 & 454/2018

2. Learned counsel for the parties under instructions from Mr. Satya Narain Gupta, proprietor of the petitioner and Mr.Ajay Prakash Gupta submit that parties have settled their disputes and settlement terms have been handed over to the Court along with the site plan.

3. The settlement terms and the site plan have been signed by the parties. The same are taken on record.

4. The parties who are present in Court undertake to abide by the settlement terms and also perform their respective obligations contained therein.

5. They both confirm the settlement.

6. I have perused the settlement terms and find them to be lawful. The respective undertakings given by the parties are accepted.

7. The petitions are disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement. Both petitioner and respondent shall file their affidavits of undertakings in terms of the settlement terms within two weeks.

8. Order dasti under signature of the Court Master.
