JUDGMENT
1. After pronouncement of the judgment today, Mr. Raj Shekhar Rao, ld. counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that he has instructions that the Petitioner intends to comply with the directions passed today. However, considering that the physical copies of the film prints need to be handed over to theatres across the country, he prays for time till 20th January, 2020. 2020:DHC:169 CM (M) 15/2020
2. On the other hand, ld. counsel for the Respondent No.1 submits that in multiplexes, films are screened through live streaming and not through physical copies, hence the change can be made within the time already granted.
3. Considering the above submissions, it is directed that the date for incorporation of the credit slide, as per the text in paragraph 38(a) of the judgment, for theatrical screening, shall be effected in respect of live streaming/multiplex streaming with effect from 15th January, 2020. Insofar as the theatres where physical copies of the film are to be supplied by the Petitioner, the changes shall be carried out with effect from 18th January,
2020.
4. The Petitioner is permitted to intimate the judgment passed today as well as the present order to the Central Board of Film Certification in order to keep them updated about the changes to be carried out in terms thereof.
5. Copy of this order be given dasti under signature of the Court Master.
