1. Ms. Shubhra Parashar, learned Counsel for the respondents submits on instructions, that the respondents are willing to permit the petitioner to join as Navik (General Duty) in the next batch, which is scheduled to commence in February 2026.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his client would be satisfied with the said relief.

3. Accordingly, binding the respondents to the statement made by Ms. Shubhra Parashar, the petition is disposed of, as satisfied.
