17.01.2020 Petitioner is already on furlough till 18.1.2020,and now by way ofthis petition, petitioner is seeking parole for one week with effect from 19.1.2020 on the ground ofillness ofhis son. State has filed the status report which shows that son ofthe petitioner is suffering from
BPAD-CURRENT EPISODE MANIA and currently admitted in hospital since 6.1.2020.
In the facts and circumstances ofthe case,petitioner is admitted to parole w.e.f19.1.2020for a period of7 days on the same terms and conditions.
The petition stands disposed of.
