Efforts in this regard have not been initiated on account of lack of information. Both the petitioners are in dire financial condition and notin a position to furnish such information.
In the circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the petitions and seeks to withdraw them with liberty to file fresh ones when requisite information is available.
