1. The appellant/defendant is aggrieved by the judgment dated 15.04.2019,passed by the leanied Single Judge in CS(OS)1599/2008,a suit for partition instituted by the respondents/plaintiffs for rendition ofaccounts in respect ofproperty No.1734-A and 1734,Dariba Kalan,Delhi.
2. After addressing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the present appeals.
