JUDGMENT
2. It appears that the present respondent no.2 raised a dispute about nonpayment of his wages and the respondent no.1 passed the impugned order, (ORAL)
1. The petitioner has assailed order dated 14.08.2025 passed by the Labour Enforcement Officer (Central), impleaded in these proceedings as respondent no.1. The present respondent no.2 is the workman who was employed by the contractor respondent no.3 to work in the petitioner university. CM(M) 1681/2025 pages thereby directing the present petitioner to pay the balance wages, failing which legal action would be taken.
3. On last date, the predecessor bench stayed the operation of the impugned order.
4. Prima facie, it appears that the present petition is not maintainable. After part submissions, learned counsel for all parties submit that with consent, the present petition can be disposed of, granting opportunity to the present petitioner to file reply before the respondent no.1 Enforcement Officer and after considering the same, appropriate order may be passed.
5. Accordingly, the present petition and the accompanying applications are disposed of, granting opportunity to the present petitioner to file reply before the respondent no.1 within two weeks from today and thereafter the respondent no. 1 shall pass appropriate orders.
