2. Subject to the Respondents verifying the details, the prayers in the present petition stand covered by the decisions dated 9^^ January,2019in W.P.(C)NO. 10026/2016 (Govind Kumar Srivastava v. Union ofIndia); decision dated 11th December, 2019 in W.P.(C)No. 5642/2019(Mohammad Israr Khan v. Union of India) and the decision dated 15th January, 2020 in W.P.(C) 9524/2019(Rakesh Kumar v. Union ofIndia).

Accordingly,a direction is issued to the Respondents to grant the Petitioner, 2020:DHC:3839-DB upon verification,;?ro rata pension Jfrom the datesthathe was discharged from service, with arrears being paid to the Petitioner not later than 12 weeks from today,failing which the Respondent would be liable to pay simple interest at therate of6%perannum onthesaidsumfortheperiodofdelay.
