3. Subject to the Respondents verifying the details, the prayers in the present petition stand covered by the decisions dated 9""January,2019in W.P.(C)NO. 10026/2016 (Govind Kumar Srivastava v. Union ofIndia)-, decision dated 11th December,2019 in W.P.(C)No.5642/2019(Mohammad Israr Khan v. 2020:DHC:3832-DB Union ofIndia) and the decision dated 15th January, 2020 in W.P.(C) 9524/2019(RakeshKumar v. Union ofIndia).

Accordingly,a direction isissued to the Respondentsto grantthe Petitioner, upon verification,pro rata pension from the dates thathe was discharged from service, with arrears being paid to the Petitioner not later than 12 weeks from today,failing which the Respondent would be liable to pay simple interest at therate of6%perannum onthe saidsumfortheperiod ofdelay..'
