18.02.2020 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits they are ready and willing to settle the Us as under:- the monies deposited in this Court in each case, shall be released to the workmen,alongwith interest accrued thereon,in addition to Rs.25,000/- towards litigation charges.
The learned counsel for the respondents states, upon instructions,that the said proposal for settlement is acceptable.
2020:DHC:3829 7S^ Let an affidavit of undertaking be filed by the petitioner during the course ofthe day.
The respondent too shall file an affidavit of undertaking in a week's time.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed-off with the direction that the monies deposited, alongwith interest accrued thereon, be released to the workmen i.e. Mr. Dharamdev Tiwari and Mr. Upendra Chaubey, directly into their bank accounts maintained near their place ofresidence.
Rs. 25,000/- in each petition towards litigation charges shall be paid within a period ofone week from the date ofreceipt ofa copy ofthis order.
A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties underthe signature ofthe Court Master.
