JUDGMENT

1. Petitioner who appears in person submits that individual guidelines and directions have already been given by this court in the orders dated 15th December, 2017 and 8th March, 2018, passed by this court in this matter. 2020:DHC:1161-DB W.P.(C) 10689/2017

2. It is, therefore, submitted by the petitioner in person that these guidelines and directions may continue to be complied with by the respondents in future.

3. In view of this limited submission, we hereby direct the respondents that the orders dated 15th December, 2017 and 8th March, 2018, passed by this court whereby guidelines and directions have been issued by this court shall continue to be complied with by the respondents in future in letter and spirit.

4. So far as CM No.23042/2018 is concerned, petitioner submits that he is not pressing this application at this stage as he is going to initiate separate independent legal proceedings for the grievances ventilated in the said application. Hence, the said application is disposed of as not pressed at this stage.

5. With these observations, this writ petition is hereby disposed of.
