JUDGMENT

1. Exemptions allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

2. The applications stand disposed of. W.P.(C) 15581/2025 & W.P.(C) 15520/2025

3. The petitioners seek re-fixation of pension on the basis that the fixation of their pay was incorrect.

4. Mr. Himanshu Sethi, learned Counsel for the respondent submits that the recommendation for re-fixing the pension on the basis of the revised pay has already been sent to the concerned office.

5. A copy of the documents has already been provided to the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, we dispose of these writ petitions on the above basis, reserving liberty with the petitioner to revive the petitions in case any grievance survives.

7. We also direct that payments be released to the petitioners within a period of six weeks.
