Quashing of FIR No. 471/2016, under Sections 308/506/34 IPC, registered at police station Gokul Puri, Delhi is sought on the ground that the family dispute stands amicably settled between the parties vide
2020:DHC:1096 W.P.(Crl.) 460/2020 Compromise Deed dated 28th January, 2020.
Petitioners and respondent No.2/complainant are present in the
Court and they have been duly identified by Investigating Officer of this case.
Respondent No.2, present in the Court, submits that the petitioners are relatives (petitioner no.1 is his son-in-law and petitioner no.2 is father-in-law of his daughter Sana) and the dispute with petitioners has been amicably resolved vide Compromise Deed dated 28th January, 2020 and therefore, the FIR in question and proceedings emanating therefrom be quashed.
In view of the above settlement, that FIR No. 471/2016, under
Sections 308/506/34 IPC, registered at police station Gokul Puri, Delhi and proceedings emanating therefrom, are hereby quashed qua petitioners. The petition alongwith pending application is disposed of accordingly.
