1. Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that suffice it would be for disposal of this petition if a suitable direction is given to the respondents for provisional release of goods under Shipping No.6777895 dated 07.09.2019 which were seized on the ground of over valuation.

2. Having heard the counsel for both sides and looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, we hereby direct respondent Nos.[1] and 2 to decide the claim of the petitioner under the Customs Act, 1962 for provisional release of goods in accordance with law, rules, regulations, Government policy applicable to the facts of the present case and as early as 2020:DHC:1176-DB W.P.(C) 1845/2020 possible and practicable preferably within a period of two weeks.

3. With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition is hereby disposed of.

4. This order may be communicated by the counsel for respondents to the concerned officer. Copy of the order be given dasti under the signature of Court Master.
