JUDGMENT

1. This application seeks a correction in the order dated 6 October 2025 to the extent the appearance of Mr. Rajneesh Chopra has been recorded on behalf of the respondents. It is submitted that Mr. Rajneesh Chopra appeared on behalf of the appellant.

2. This position is not disputed by learned Counsel for the respondents either.

3. Accordingly, the appearance of Mr. Rajneesh Chopra in the order dated 6 October 2025 shall be treated as having appeared on FAO(OS) (COMM) 156/2025 behalf of appellant.

4. This order shall be treated as a corrigendum to the order dated 6 October 2025.

5. The application stands disposed of.
