ORDER
1. Issue notice. The learned counsels named above accept notice on behalfofthe respondents.
2. Atjointrequest,the matters are taken up for disposal.
3. These petitions seek payment ofoutstanding salaries and other dues ofthe employees ofthe respondent management/school in terms 2020:DHC:3966 of the directions of this Court and the undertakings made by the respondent management/school.
4. Mr. Jasmeet Singh, the learned counsel for the respondent management/school states, upon instructions,that the school has been burdened with the 6^^ Pay Commission enhancement and presently their revenue generation is lesser than their liabilities. He states that they have paid 50% ofthe salaries to the employees for the month of November, 2019 and salaries of three months is outstanding. He submits that two months' salary shall be paid by 15.03.2020 in two equal instalments i.e. salary upto 15.12.2019 shall be paid by 28.02.2020 and salary upto 15.01.2020 shall be paid by 15.03.2020. The remaining salaries, i.e., for halfofJanuary,February and March, 2020 shall be paid by 22.04.2020. He further submits that this time is sought only because some funds are expected in the month of April, 2020 when new academic year starts. It is, however, noted that no extension oftime shall be granted on the ground that the management has not been able to generate sufficientfunds in April or so.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioners states,upon instructions, that the aforesaid arrangement is acceptable to the petitioners. The parties shall be bound by the terms ofthis arrangement.
