This is an application filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:
“It is therefore most respectfully and humbly prayed that this Hon’ble
Court may be pleased to: - (a) Appoint a local Commissioner to visit 6-B, Friends Colony
(West) New Delhi – 1100065 along with a videographer to inspect the premises to see if there are any structural changes or other variances have been made by contemnor / Respondent No.1 that deprive the applicant of being able to reside in the premises in question in terms of the letter as well as spirit of the order dated 02.05.2014 and

(b) Direct / clarify in terms of the issues listed in para 36 above, to
2020:DHC:1092-DB facilitate a proper execution of the orders dated 02.05.2014, 16.05.2014 passed by this Hon’ble Court, the order dated 04.02.2011 passed by this Hon’ble Court in FAO (OS) No. 152 of 2008, and order dated 17.04.2007 passed by a learned single judge of this
Hon’ble Court in CS(OS) no. 698 of 2003.
(c) Direct the SHO of PS of New Friends Colony to provide all assistance to the applicant in terms of the rights of the applicant set out in the order dated 02.05.2014 and 16.05.2014 (as further clarified by the order dated 07.02.2020, as also the order to be passed in the present application), as also the order dated 04.02.2011 passed by this Hon’ble Court in FAO (OS) No. 152 of 2008, and also the order dated 17.04.2007 passed in CS (OS) No. 698 of 2003.
(d) Direct the contemnor / Respondent No.1 to be present in person before this Hon’ble Court on the next date of hearing.
(e) And pass such other order or further order or orders as this
Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case.”
There is no appearance for the petitioner.
Accordingly, re-notify this application on March 13, 2020, the date already fixed.
