The present petitions have been filed by petitioners for grant of
2020:DHC:3869
I anticipatory bail in FIR bearing no. 0001/2020 dated 01.01.2020 for offences punishable under Sections 376-D/506 IPC registered at Police
Station Ranhola,New Delhi.
Learned APP submits that charge-sheet has already been filed, therefore,thereisnoapprehension ofarrestofpetitioners.
Plowever, in the event of arrest, petitioners/applicants shall be released on bail on thefollowingterms and conditions:-
(i)Petitionersshallfurnishpersonalbondinthesumof?15,000/-with one surety each in the like amount subject to the satisfaction ofArresting
Officer/SI-IO/IO concerned;
(li) Petitioners shall cooperate with the investigation and make themselves available for interrogation by police officer, as and when required;
In case ofdefault ofaforementioned conditions,the State is atliberty to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law.
Before parting with the order, it is relevant to mention that nothing contained in this order shall be construed as an expression on the merits of the case.
