1. Petitioner, by the subject petition, inter alia, seeks Mandamus thereby directing the respondent to issue permission letter to display LED Billboard advertisement on property F-7, Shankar Market, New Delhi.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that several 2020:DHC:1478 W.P(C) 2377/2020 representations have been made to the respondent to permit the same, however, neither have representation been allowed nor specifically rejected.

3. Learned counsel for NDMC on advance notice submits that all representations are under consideration and the competent authority is considering the financial as well as other implications of the permission and a final decision is likely to be taken within a period of three week from today.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to take a final view on the representation filed by the petition and communicate the decision to the petitioner in a maximum period of four weeks from today.

5. Petition is allowed in the above terms.

6. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
