1. When the matter is called out, nobody appears on behalf of the appellant. On the last date of hearing nobody had appeared for the appellant. Today also there is no change in the consistency of the appellant in remaining absent.

2. We have heard learned counsel for respondent Nos.[1] and 2 and they have submitted that the present Letters Patent Appeal has been preferred against an interim order dated 23rd August, 2019 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) 7231/2019 (Annexure-A to the memo of this LPA) in which learned Single Judge has held that the writ petition has been rendered inefficacious. Now W.P.(C) 7231/2019 has been dismissed in 2020:DHC:1564-DB LPA 599/2019 default on 11th December, 2019 by the learned Single Judge as this appellant was also absent before the learned Single Judge.

3. In view of the dismissal of W.P.(C) 7231/2019, nothing survive for adjudication in this appeal and therefore the same is hereby dismissed.
