Learned counsel appearing on behalf ofthe petitioner states that in terms ofthe direction issued bythe Central Administrative Tribunal vide the impugned order dated 27.11.2019, she is in reeeipt ofa show-cause notice dated 24.01:2020 from Mr. Susheel Kumar Sharma, SAO, CAO/A-1 and furthei that the petitioner has filed her reply to the said show-cause notice yesterday.
In view ofthe foregoing,learned counsel appearing on behalfofthe petitioner does not press this petition any further at this stage whilst reserving liberty to approaeh the tribunal afresh ifsome grievanee remains after the Disciplinary Authority passes detailed speaking order in relation to

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed and disposed of, granting leave and liberty as prayed.
