1. Before the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner argued in detail, it has been fairly submitted by the counsel for respondents that the Com Cos.(C)1142/2019 Com Cos.(C)108/2020 PageI of[2] 2020:DHC:3965-DB applications ofthe original petitioners-M.R.Teacher training Institute and Sindhu College of Education are being processed and considered by the respondents without insisting for the No Objection Certificate in pursuance of our orders passed in W.P.(C) 5702/2019 and W.P.(C) 5888/2018 respectively. Photocopy of the minutes of 280"" meeting of Eastern Regional Committee-National Council for TeachersEducation held on 29'^ February and E'March,2020 in this regard are tendered to this Court for both the aforesaid institutions and thesame are taken on record.

2. In view ofthe minutes ofthe 280"^ meeting held on 29""January and 1 March,2020,there is no wilful disobedience by the respondents ofthe orders passed by this Court in the aforesaid writ petitions. Hence, the contempt petitions are disposed ofwith direction to respondents to dispose of the applications of the petitioners in accordance with law without insisting for NOC as stated in their aforesaid minutes.
