JUDGMENT
Proceedings of the matter have been conducted through video conferencing.
Allowed, subject to just exceptions.
1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after canvassing some arguments, submitted that it would suffice for the disposal of this writ petition if the representation dated 25th May, 2020 (Annexure P-7 annexed with this petition), is decided by the concerned authorities in accordance with law.
2. In view of this limited submission, we hereby direct the concerned 2020:DHC:2027-DB W.P.(C) No.3349/2020 respondent authority to treat this writ petition as well as Annexure P-7 annexed thereto as representations and decide the same in accordance with law, rules, regulations and government policy applicable to the facts of this case as expeditiously as possible and practicable.
3. With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of.
