Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after canvassing some arguments, submitted that it would suffice for the disposal of this writ petition if the representation dated 25th May, 2020 (Annexure P-7 annexed with this petition), is decided by the concerned authorities in accordance with law.

In view of this limited submission, we hereby direct the concerned 2020:DHC:2027-DB W.P.(C) No.3349/2020 respondent authority to treat this writ petition as well as Annexure P-7 annexed thereto as representations and decide the same in accordance with law, rules, regulations and government policy applicable to the facts of this case as expeditiously as possible and practicable.
