Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that looking to the latest development of the fact that now the Hon’ble Lt. Governor of
NCT of Delhi has already issued order dated 8th June, 2020 containing the direction regarding carrying out tests for asymptomatic patients, this writ petition is not pressed at this stage. The said order dated 8th June, 2020, has also been implemented by the order of the same date issued by the Principal
Secretary (Health & FW), GNCTD.
In view of this limited submission, this writ petition is disposed of as
