JUDGMENT

1. This is a contempt petition under Section 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the r- Constitution ofIndia,filed by the petitioner,for initiating proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of order dated 30.11.2019,based on the mediation settlement dated 04.07.2019.
