JUDGMENT
1. These applications, by the petitioner, seek extension of time to file attested affidavits and pay court fee.
2. In view the restrictions imposed consequent on the Covid-2019 pandemic, and the administrative order dated 4th April, 2020, passed by this Court, on the administrative side, this applications stand allowed, subject to the petitioner filing affirmed affidavits and depositing court fee within 72 hours of resumption of normal Court work.
3. The applications stand disposed of. O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 124-126/2020
1. These petitions have been filed under Section 29A(4) & (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by the petitioner, praying for extension of six months’ time to the learned Arbitral Tribunal, to pass award in the matter.
2. Mr. Tarun Johri, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/DMRC has no objection to the extension of time by six months.
3. The time granted to the learned Arbitral Tribunal, it is submitted, expired on 22nd May, 2020.
4. Accordingly, the time, for passing the award, by the learned Arbitral Tribunal, shall stand extended by six months from today.
5. These petitions are disposed of in the above terms.
