and order dated 10.01.2020 passed by the teamed Single Judge ofthis Hon'ble Courtin WritPetition No.312 of2020;
(b) Passsuch other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fitand proper inthe facts and circumstances ofthe case."

2020:DHC:3920-DB m If After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf ofthe appellants limits the relief in the present appeal to a direction to the respondent No.l/Directorate ofEducation to determine the representation- made bythem,as elaborated inthe WritPetition(Civil)No.312/2020,titled as ^Ravinder Preet Singh & Ors. vs. Directorate ofEducation & Ors. expeditiously.
Having heard learned counsel appearing on behalfofthe parties, we direct the respondent No.l/Directorate of Education to comply with the order dated 10.01.2020 by determining the representation made by the appellants, after affording the latter an opportunity ofbeing heard,by way ofareasoned and speaking order,within a period ofsix weeks from today.
With the above directions,the appeal is disposed of.
A copy of this order be uploaded on the website of this court forthwith. A copy ofthis order be also provided by electronic mail to the learned counsel appearing on behalfofthe parties.
