JUDGMENT
1. This is a petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, preferred by the petitioner M/s RSCPL-RCC (JV), seeking that the time granted for conclusion of the arbitral proceedings, pending before the learned Arbitral Tribunal consisting of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Badar Durrez Ahmed, Hon’ble Mr. Justice R.C. Chopra and Mr. A.K. Gupta, be extended by a period of three months till 2nd September, 2020.
2. Mr. Suvir Sharma, learned Counsel for the respondent, has no objection. 2020:DHC:2123 O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 131/2020
3. Accordingly, the time for conclusion of arbitral proceedings by the aforesaid learned Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a period of three months i.e. till 2nd September, 2020.
4. The petition is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
