JUDGMENT
1. This is a petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of time, for the learned Sole Arbitrator to conclude the proceedings and pass its award.
2. Due to the constraints being facing during these days, learned Counsel are ad idem that the interests of justice warrant extension of time available to the learned Sole Arbitrator, to pass the award, by a period of one year from today.
3. Accordingly, the time for conclusion of proceedings and passing of award, by the learned Sole Arbitrator, is extended by a period of one year from today. 2020:DHC:2170 O.M.P.(MISC) 15/2020
4. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
