JUDGMENT
1. This is an application under Section 29A(4) & (5) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, for extension of the time granted to the learned Arbitral Tribunal, to conclude the proceedings and pass award, by a period of six months from today.
2. Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem on the said request. 2020:DHC:2169 O.M.P.(MISC) (COMM.) 137/2020
3. The time granted to the learned Arbitral Tribunal, to pass award on the disputes between the parties stands extended by a period of 7 months from 27th May, 2020 when the time earlier available expired.
4. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
