JUDGMENT

For the Respondent: Mr. Harish Vaidyanathan Shankar, Advocate with respondent in person.
1. The hearing was conducted through video conferencing.
2. Petitioner seeks initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent for breach of settlement recorded by order dated 07.06.2019. It is contended that the maintenance amount in the sum of Rs. 8000/- payable for the minor child of the parties is not being paid.
3. Parties have settled their disputes. Respondent undertakes that he shall issue instructions to his bank to directly debit a sum of Rs. 2020:DHC:2266 8000/- per month from his salary and remit to the account of the petitioner being A/c No. 30813831597, State Bank of India, Anand Vihar, Delhi. Respondent undertakes that instructions shall be issued to the bank forthwith that on the date when the salary is credited to the account of the respondent, a sum of Rs. 8000/- is debited and transmitted to the aforesaid account.
4. Parties have also agreed that they shall move a Second Motion Petition for dissolving this marriage within 15 days of the normal court work being resumed before the Family Court at Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.
5. Respondent further undertakes that he shall hand over the Demand Draft in the sum of Rs. 2.50 lakhs to the petitioner at the time of recording of the statement for the Second Motion.
6. Respondent further undertakes that he shall have the name of the petitioner deleted from the joint loan housing account in respect of flat bearing No. B-1004, Office City, Raj Nagar Extn., Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. He submits that he shall file the requisite documents within 15 days from today for deletion of the name of the petitioner.
7. Petitioner undertakes that she shall cooperate and provide the requisite documents necessary for deleting her name from the joint housing loan account.
8. The Undertakings are accepted. Parties shall remain bound by the undertaking given to the Court.
9. In view of the above settlement, no further orders are called for in this petition. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
10. Copy of the order be uploaded on the High Court website and be also forwarded to the learned counsels through email.
