JUDGMENT

1. After some hearing, learned Counsel for the appellants’ seeks leave to withdraw this appeal and submits that he would move the learned Single Judge seeking vacation/modification of the order before the learned Single Judge.

2. Accordingly, we permit the appeal to be withdrawn. We make it absolutely clear that we have not examined the merits of the matter and that this order should not be treated as an order of expression of merits on the order under challenge before us.

3. The appeal is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
