1. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he does not seek to press the present petition. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
2. Needless to say, as the petition is being dismissed as withdrawn, without entering into the merits of the case, this order would not 2020:DHC:2386 inhibit the petitioner from re-approaching this Court at an appropriate stage.
