JUDGMENT
1. It has been noticed that a typographical error has crept in the first and last page of the judgment passed in the aforesaid matter to the effect that instead of date of pronouncement to be ‘10.10.2025’, the same has inadvertently been mentioned as ‘09.10.2025’. Accordingly, date of pronouncement in the first and last page of the aforesaid judgment be read as ‘10.10.2025’.
