The present matter has been taken-up for hearing by way ofVideo

The present writ petition assails the order dated 02.07.2020 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi whereby an application for interim reliefs being
M.A.No.1064/2020 in
O.A.No.369/2020 was disposed ofwith an order that any promotion made bytheGNCTD duringthe pendencyoftheO.A.onthebasisoftherevised roster dated6.12.2019 shallbe subjecttothe outcome ofthesame.
Issue notice. Mrs. Avnish Ahlawat, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of GNCTD and Mr. Naresh Kaushik accepts notice on behalf of
UPSC.
Having heardlearned counselappearing on behalfofthe parties,the
GNCTD is grantedten working daysto file theirreplyto the O.A.,failing

2020:DHC:3950-DB which their rightto do so shall stand closed and the Central Administrative
Tribunal,Principal Bench,New Delhi will be at liberty to proceed further with the adjudication ofthe said O.A.
