JUDGMENT

1. This is an application by M/s Delhi Clean Tech Services Pvt. Ltd., for extension of the time for the conclusion of the arbitral proceedings and delivery of the award, available with the learned sole arbitrator, by a period of six months.

2. Mr. Vikrant N. Goyal, learned counsel for the respondent, has no objection.

3. Accordingly, in the interests of justice, the time available with the learned sole arbitrator, for conclusion of arbitral proceedings and rendition of award, stands extended by a period of six months, commencing from tomorrow, i.e. 1st August, 2020. 2020:DHC:2444
