These two petitions have been filed by the parties under Section
29(A)(4)ofthe Arbitration and Conciliation Act,1996for extension oftime.
Eventhough the prayer made in the petitions is for grantofextension oftime w.e.f. February 02,2020,learned counsel for the parties state that the period be extendedtill December31,2020.
Noting the submission made by the counsel and these petitions being joint petitions by the parties,the time forthe Arbitral Tribunalto complete the proceedings and render the award is extended till December 31,2020 w.e.f.February 02,2020.
