JUDGMENT

1. Reliance has been placed, in this application, on the criteria laid down in the meeting of the High Powered Committee, dated 18th May, 2020, under the Chairmanship of a learned Judge of this Court, regarding release of undertrials, on bail, in the wake of the COVID- 2019 pandemic.

2. Neither have the said criteria been placed on record, nor are they extracted in the petition.

3. Mr. Vikas Chadha, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks and is granted a day’s time to place the criteria on record under cover of an appropriate index. 2020:DHC:2301 BAIL APPLN. 1744/2020
