1. The hearing was conducted through video conferencing.

2. Petitioner, by the present petition, seeks extension of interim bail granted by order dated 05.06.2020.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner relies on order dated 24.07.2020 of the Full Bench in W.P.(C) 3037/2020, wherein, a clarification has been issued by the Full Bench that interim bail/parole granted to persons either before or after 16.03.2020 shall stand automatically extended till 31.08.2020 or until further orders except 2020:DHC:2411 where there are orders to the contrary passed by the Supreme Court of India in any particular matter.

4. In view of the clarification issued by the Full Bench on 24.07.2020 in W.P.(C) 3037/2020, the interim bail granted to the petitioner, by order dated 05.06.2020 and as extended from time to time, is extended till 31.08.2020 on the same terms and conditions and sureties.

5. Petition is, accordingly, allowed in the above terms.
