1. The hearing was conducted through video conferencing.

3. Parties were referred to mediation. Parties have settled their disputes through the process of mediation at the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and Settlement Agreement dated 29.07.2020 has been executed.
4. The parties i.e. Mrs. Navita Aggarwal, Mr. Naresh Kumar Aggarwal and Mr. Sumeet Nath, the general power of attorney holder of the Baptist Church Trust Association have also connected through video conferencing. They are identified by their respective counsels.
5. Parties submit that they have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 29.07.2020. In terms of the Settlement Agreement, parties agree to approach the concerned Trial Court for disposal of the Suit in terms of the Settlement Agreement.
6. The Settlement Agreement is taken on record. Parties undertake to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement. The respective undertakings are accepted.
7. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 29.07.2020.
8. Next date of hearing i.e. 26.08.2020 is cancelled.
9. Copy of the Order be uploaded on the High Court website and be also forwarded to learned counsels through email.
