JUDGMENT

1. This is a petition under Section 29A(6) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the time, available with the learned Arbitral Tribunal, to conclude the arbitral proceedings and deliver award, by a period of three months.

2. Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection.

3. Accordingly, the time available with the learned Arbitral Tribunal, to conclude the arbitral proceedings and deliver award thereon, stands extended by a period of three months with effect from 2020:DHC:2473 O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM) 171/2020 today i.e. 5th August, 2020.

4. The petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms. I.A. 6549/2020, I.A. 6550/2020
