JUDGMENT

1. This petition has been filed, under Section 29A(6) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, for extension of the time available with the learned Sole Arbitrator, to conclude the arbitral proceedings between the parties, pending before him, and render award thereon, by a period of eight months.

2. Mr. Vikas Kumar, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent, has no objection.

3. Accordingly, the time available with the learned Sole 2020:DHC:2474 O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM) 170/2020 Arbitrator, to conclude the arbitral proceedings and render award thereon, stands extended by a period of eight months from today i.e. 5th August, 2020.

4. The petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms. I.A. 6537/2020, I.A. 6538/2020

1. In view of the disposal of the O.M.P., these applications are also stand disposed of.
