JUDGMENT
1. At the outset of the hearing, Ms. Shyel Trehan, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No. 3, submits, on instructions, that the 2020:DHC:2500 W.P.(C) 4171/2020 impugned letters, dated 25th May, 2020, are being withdrawn by her client, as he intends to place the matter before the Executive Council.
2. Without expressing any opinion, as to whether this would be the proper course of action to be followed, and in view of the submission of Ms. Trehan that the impugned letters, dated 25th May, 2020, are being withdrawn, the grievance, in this petition, does not survive for adjudication.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of, reserving liberty to the respondents to act in accordance with law.
4. Should the petitioner continue to be aggrieved by any act on the part of the respondents, needless to say, the rights to take recourse to judicial remedies shall remain open.
5. The writ petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
