1. In view of the fact that I.A. 6796/2020 is being disposed of, this application does not survive for consideration and is accordingly disposed of. I.A. 6796/2020 (praying for withdrawal of the petition) in O.M.P. (I) (COMM.) 210/2020

1. By this application, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition, as the parties have amicably settled the disputes between 2020:DHC:2539 themselves and recorded the terms of settlement in a Memorandum of Understanding, dated 30th July, 2020 which has been filed as Document 1, annexed to the application. He, therefore, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition, subject to parties agreeing to be bound by the terms of the aforesaid Memorandum of Understanding.

2. Mr. Aman Shokeen, learned Counsel for the respondents has no objection.

3. Accordingly, in view of the fact that the parties have amicably settled the disputes between themselves, this petition is permitted to be withdrawn. The parties, as represented by learned Counsel, agree to abide by the Memorandum of Understanding, dated 30th July, 2020 supra.

4. The petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn in the aforesaid terms.

5. The date fixed for 26th August, 2020 shall stand cancelled.

6. All pending I.As. are disposed of accordingly.
