JUDGMENT

1. This is a petition under Section 29A(4) and (6) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, for extension of time, to complete the proceedings and render award in the proceedings pending before the learned Sole Arbitrator. Mr. Jagjit Singh, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection.

2. Accordingly, as prayed in the petition, the time available with the learned Sole Arbitrator, to complete the proceedings and render award stands extended by a period of twelve months with effect from 18th July, 2020. 2020:DHC:2831 O.M.P.(MISC.) (COMM) 196/2020
