JUDGMENT
1. On it being brought to his notice that the prayers in this writ petition would have to initially be urged before the learned Armed Forces Tribunal[1], Mr. Varun Singh, learned Counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the order passed by the learned AFT in this case. “AFT” hereinafter W.P.(C) 16001/2025
