JUDGMENT

1. Mr. Amitesh C. Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this petition, with liberty to make a request invoking arbitration and suggesting the name of an arbitrator on behalf of his client.

2. In case such a request is forwarded by the petitioner, to the respondent, within three days from today, the respondent is directed to respond to the said request within two weeks thereof.

4. The petitioner is at liberty to re-approach this Court, should any grievance survive.
