JUDGMENT
1. Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions.
2. The application stands disposed of.
1. This is a petition under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, for extension of the time available with the learned sole arbitrator to conclude the proceedings and pronounce the award thereon, by a period of six months from today. 2020:DHC:2616
2. Issue notice.
3. Mr. K.V. Sreemithun, learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the respondent, accepts notice and submits that he has instructions to state that respondent does not oppose the request.
4. In view thereof, the prayer in the petition is allowed.
5. The time available with the learned sole arbitrator, to conclude the proceedings and pronounce the award thereon shall stand extended by a period of six months from today.
