JUDGMENT

1. Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

2. The application stands disposed of.

1. This is a petition under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, for extension of time available with the learned sole arbitrator to pronounce the award.

2. Both learned counsel are ad idem that arguments have concluded and that all that is left to write and pronounce the award. Learned counsel are also ad idem to grant of extension of time, to the learned sole arbitrator, for the said purpose. 2020:DHC:2615

3. In view thereof, the time available with the learned sole arbitrator, to pronounce the award, in the aforesaid matter, stands extended till 31st December, 2020.

4. The petition stands allowed to the aforesaid extent.
