JUDGMENT
1. The disputes, forming subject matter of these petitions, have been amicably resolved with the intervention of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and Settlement Agreement dated 23rd September, 2020, drawn-up under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, has been placed on record along with this application. 2020:DHC:2976 ARB.P. 253/2020 & ARB.P. 260/2020
2. Learned counsel for both parties are present and confirm that the disputes have been settled.
3. In view thereof, these petitions are disposed of, in light of the Settlement Agreement dated 23rd September, 2020, constituting annexures to I.A. 9167/2020 in ARB.P. 253/2020 and I.A. 9166/2020 in ARB.P. 260/2020 respectively, which shall be treated as a part of this order.
4. The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 23rd September, 2020.
5. These applications stand allowed accordingly.
